I had an amazing experience with Vitality. I came in with regular pelvic floor symptoms/pain and within a few months those symptoms greatly reduced. Danielle was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and explained things in an easy to digest way. I completed my PT with new tools to manage symptoms and I’m so impressed with the care I received.

I had the pleasure of working with PTs at both the Lakeview (Dani) and Elmhurst (Kay) locations for support after having my 2nd baby and prepping for a 3rd birth. Not only did they help alleviate some pelvic pressure/discomfort, but they helped me strengthen and prep my PF, leaving me feeling more stable and confident heading into my 3rd birth.…

I highly recommend Vitality to anyone looking for pelvic floor therapy. I had my daughter over a year ago and I hesitated about booking physical therapy because I look after her full-time and I didn’t think I’d be able to commit to going to appointments regularly. I came here with pain during intercourse. The pelvic floor therapy was recommend by my Obgyn and throughout the months, I learned how to breathe and relax my pelvic muscles. I can say that my pain has improved a lot. I’m thankful that I found this place and have learned all these techniques.
