Yoga

Our therapeutic yoga classes explore mindful movement with an emphasis on breath work, alignment, and individual balance. We maintain small class sizes to  provide students with personalized education and modifications to promote  strength and flexibility for your individual needs. Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced student looking to deepen your  current practice, this class promotes increased body awareness and provides a strong foundation for a sustainable yoga practice.


Our instructor is Anne Cumming, PT, DPT, RYT. She will be able to modify poses and adjust classes to the needs of students. Issues like back, pelvic pain or incontinence shouldn't prevent someone from attending this type of yoga class.





Summer 2018 to February 2019:

Annie is having a baby!  Vitality will not be offering Yoga while Annie Cumming will be on maternity leave. If interested in yoga please contact us and we can direct you to local resources while Annie is on leave.
