Yoga

Our therapeutic yoga classes explore mindful movement with an emphasis on breath work, alignment, and individual balance. We maintain small class sizes to  provide students with personalized education and modifications to promote  strength and flexibility for your individual needs. Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced student looking to deepen your  current practice, this class promotes increased body awareness and provides a strong foundation for a sustainable yoga practice.


Our instructor is Anne Cumming, PT, DPT, RYT. She will be able to modify poses and adjust classes to the needs of students. Issues like back, pelvic pain or incontinence shouldn't prevent someone from attending this type of yoga class.

Age: All ages are welcome

Ability:   All fitness levels are welcome (this class requires the ability to get on and off the floor independently)

Class size:   maximal class capacity 10

Cost:   $20 per class 

Notes: this class is for women only, there will not be childcare.  Vitality will provide mats.

Spring 2018:

Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm (last class June 19)

Summer 2018 to February 2019:

Vitality will not be offering Yoga while Annie Cumming is expecting and will be on maternity leave.
